    She was employed as a medical worker and a farmer. Dorothy enjoyed working with her flowers and pulling tricks on family and friends.
    She is survived by her son, Joe Smeck of Lena, IL and a sister Laura Rice of Lena, IL. Two Grandchildren, Joseph (wife Jasmine) Smeck of North Las Vegas, NV & Julie (husband John) Carlucci of Arlington Heights, IL. Four Great Grandchildren, John Joseph, Michael, Nicholas and Mia of Arlington Heights, IL. Nephews, Benjamin & Molly Crabb, of Elizabethville, and Daniel Crabb of Millersburg, Bill & Kay Rice of Lykens. Caregivers Molly Crabb & Diane Kaster.
    Dorothy was preceded in death by a sister Goldie Maurer, and two brothers, Jonathan Klinger and Roy Klinger.
    A Memorial Service will be at the discretion of the family.

He was born September 18, 1927 in Lena, Illinois, son of the late Preston and Cora Shippy Klinger and was also preceded in in death by a brother Roy Klinger and a sister Goldie Maurer. He was co-owner of the R & K Diner, Route 209, Elizabethville, a member of Ashlar Lodge No. 570, F & AM, Lykens, the Keystone Garage Car Club, enjoyed hunting, fishing, cars and going to the Hollywood Casino.
    Mr. Klinger is survived by: His wife of 63 years, Hilda Miller Klinger; two sons: Roy Klinger, Loyalton and Randy Klinger, Elizabethville; two sisters: Dorothy Schmeck and Laura Rice; three grandsons: Mike Klinger, Elizabethville, Kyle Klinger, New Jersey and Kory Klinger, Halifax; a granddaughter: Ann Morgan, North Carolina; four great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
    Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 23, 2012 at the John R. Shultz Funeral Home, 406 Market St., Lykens, with The Rev. Jeffrey A. Wagner officiating.
    Viewing will be Thursday, August 23rd from 10:00 A.M. until Masonic Services at 10:50 A.M., followed by the funeral service.
    Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery, Elizabethville.
    Memorial Contributions in his memory may be made to Ashlar Lodge No. 570, F & AM, 410 Market St., Lykens, PA 17048.

    A son of William and Sarah (Welker) Crabb, he was born in Washington Township August 2, 1888. He was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church, Loyalton.
    Survivors are two sons, Benjamin and Daniel Crabb of Loyalton, four grandchildren and a brother, Harvey Crabb of Colonial Park, Harrisburg. Services were held from the Buffington Funeral Home, Elizabethville, at 2:00 o'clock Monday afternoon. Rev. Edward G. Brame, pastor of the Fisherville Lutheran Parish officiated and interment was made in Maple Grove Cemetery, Elizabethville.

    ELIZABETHVILLE - Benjamin Edward Crabb, age 88, of Elizabethville, PA, died March 16, 2023 at home on his farm.
    He was born on January 22, 1935 in Freeport, IL, son of the late Goldie Klinger-Crabb-Maurer & Edward Crabb.
    He lived in Lena, IL prior to moving to Loyalton, PA.
    He was a farmer and truck driver (for Shaffer Trucking, Mainliner, Food Rite and Super Rite).
    Ben was a lifelong Cubs fan and enjoyed antique farm tractors and equipment. He was a member of numerous antique tractor clubs and traveled to many shows locally and throughout the Midwest. He was a lifetime member of the Reliance Hose Co. #1, Gratz Fire Company and a member of the Ashlar Lodge #570 F&AM, Lykens.
    He was affiliated with Immanuel United Methodist Church, Loyalton and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Berrysburg.
    He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Molly (Stoneroad) Crabb of Elizabethville, his children Judy Crabb (Thomas) McGarvey, Cindy Crabb (Terry), Robert (Jayne) Crabb of Elizabethville, Susan Crabb (Ron) Dawson of Louisville, KY. Grandchildren Steve Welker, Andrew Welker, Ryne Crabb, Jena Crabb. Great Grandchildren Brock and Cale Welker, Cora Welker, Makayla, Hailey and Kaitlyn Crabb, Emerson and Hendrix Donnelly and a brother Daniel Crabb of Millersburg.

    After being discharged from the Army, he began working for his father at Fetterolf's Meat Market, Hegins. In 1974, he became the owner of Fetterolf's Meat Market. After selling the meat market in 1996, he worked part time for Bixler's Meat Market.
    He was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ, Hegins, F&AM Valley Lodge 797, VFW Post 8237 and American Legion Post 575, all of Valley View.
    Bill was a very avid golfer, outdoorsman and sports enthusiast.
    He was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard J. Fetterolf and Jack D. Fetterolf.
    Surviving are his wife, Norma F. Schultz Fetterolf, to whom he was married for 59 years; a son, David F. Fetterolf and his wife, Cheryl, Hegins; a daughter, Susan F. Fetterolf, Lancaster; a granddaughter, Erika R. Fetterolf; a grandson, Travis J. Fetterolf; a sister, Ann L. Peifer, Millersburg; nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Friedens United Church of Christ, Hegins, with the Rev. Claude Schach officiating. A viewing will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at the church. Interment will be in Friedens Cemetery, Hegins. Memorial contributions can be made to Friedens United Church of Christ, P.O.     She was born May 19, 1936 the daughter of the late Joseph and Bessie Bensinger Fetterolf. She was a graduate of the former Hegins Twp. High School and Peirce School of Business in Philadelphia.
    Ann was retired from the former Engle-Rissinger Auto Group. She was a member of David's Community Bible Church where she was a former choir member and participated in various bible study groups.
    She was the widow of Ned J. Peifer and was preceded in death by three brothers Richard J, Jack D. and William F. Fetterolf.
    Surviving are two daughters Shelley Heinbaugh (Steve) of Harrisburg and Rebecca Ulsh (Greg) of Camp Hill; four grandchildren Benjamin Heinbaugh, Rachel Heinbaugh, Matthew Ulsh and Adam Ulsh.
    The family will receive family and friends from 9 to 11 am on Wednesday Nov. 30 at David's Community Bible Church in Killinger. Services will begin at 11 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

    Born in Hegins Township, Jan. 4, 1930, he was a son of the late Joseph Irvin and Bessie Mae Bensinger Fetterolf. He was a 1947 graduate of Hegins Township High School.
    He was the owner of the former Jack's Carry Out, Valley View, and retired as a butcher at Redner's Markets, Fredricksburg.
    He was a charter member of Friedens United Church of Christ, Hegins.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, Marian E. Herb Fetterolf, on Sept. 30, 1998; an infant son, Tommy Joe Fetterolf; a brother, Richard J. Fetterolf.
    Surviving are two daughters, Romaine A., wife of Barry Daub, Millersburg, and Heidi J. Fetterolf, Valley View; two sons, Steven H.
