Born in Ashland, Feb. 12, 1939, he was a son of the late Morris A. and Elva Schwalm Huntzinger. He was a graduate of Tri-Valley High School.
He was retired from Roadway Express with 35 years of service and Huntzinger's Carpet Cleaning.
He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and F.& A.M. Susquehanna Lodge 364, both of Millersburg; Teamsters Local 776, Harrisburg, and Senior Golf League at Harrisburg North Golf Course, Millersburg.
Ronald was a devoted husband, father, father-in-law and grandfather. He loved hunting, fishing, gold, working in his woodworking shop, playing cards, telling stories and cracker soup.
Surviving are his wife of 43 years, the former Dawn M. Tice; two daughters, Heidi Rank and Heather Kelly, both of Halifax; two grandchildren, Hunter and Allie Rank; a sister, Sandra Heim, Armour, S.D; and many good buddies.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday from Hoover Funeral Home Inc., Millersburg, starting with Masonic services and then followed by a religious service. Edward Lamar Beury, age 52, of 15 Walnut street, Ashland, died suddenly at Connie Mack Stadium in Philadelphia last evening while attending a baseball game with friends from Ashland.
He was the victim of a heart seizure.
Born in Barry Township, October 5, 1914, he was the son of Calvin and Lottie Snyder Beury of Ashland. He was a graduate of Ashland High School, Class of 1933.
A resident of Ashland most of his life, he was the owner of the Beury Insurance Agency.
He was a member of the Evan gelical Church of the Good Shepherd of Ashland and its Church Council. A veteran of World War II, he was adjutant of the Ashland American Legion Post.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, the former Eva Schwalm, formerly of Spring Glen; a daughter, Alyce, wife of Fred Klock, of Roslyn, Pa; a grandchild; three brothers, Harvey and Franklin, both of Levittown; Clyde, of Coaldale; two sisters, Virginia, wife of Leon Mullins Martinsburg, West Va.: Grace, wife of John Matukaitis, Baltimore, Md.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. from the Kull Funeral Home, Ashland, with further services to follow in the Lutheran Church, Ashland.
Rev. Robert Hughes, pastor, will officiate.

Interment will be in the Christ Church Cemetery, Fountain Springs.

He was a member of the Evan gelical Church of the Good Shepherd of Ashland and its Church Council. A veteran of World War II, he was adjutant of the Ashland American Legion Post.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, the former Eva Schwalm, formerly of Spring Glen; a daughter, Alyce, wife of Fred Klock, of Roslyn, Pa; a grandchild; three brothers, Harvey and Franklin, both of Levittown; Clyde, of Coaldale; two sisters, Virginia, wife of Leon Mullins Martinsburg, West Va.: Grace, wife of John Matukaitis, Baltimore, Md.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. from the Kull Funeral Home, Ashland, with further services to follow in the Lutheran Church, Ashland.
Rev. Robert Hughes, pastor, will officiate.
Friends may call Monday evening at the funeral home.
Interment will be in the Christ Church Cemetery, Fountain Springs.

Alyce Eva Beury Klock, Roslyn, formerly of Ashland, died suddenly Wednesday in the emergency room at Abington Memorial Hospital after suffering a heart attack.
Born in Ashland, Oct. 21, 1942, she was a daughter of Eva Elmira Schwalm Beury Ashland, and the late Edward Lamar Beury.
She was married for 48 years to her loving husband, Fred William Klock.
Alyce graduated from Ashland Area Joint High School Class of 1960. After graduation, she worked at Ridler's Mill until she married Fred on May 12, 1962. She then worked for Pearl Products, Glenside, Standard Pressed Steel, Jenkintown, and for many years as a teacher's aide with Abington School District, retiring in 2008.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmom and enjoyed spending as much time as possible with her family.
Surviving, in addition to her mother and husband, are her daughter, Kathy Alyce Rowe and her husband, Daniel, and their children, Timothy Benjamin and Elizabeth, Royersford; her son, Lt. Colonel Kenneth F.L., his son, Sean, Ken's wife, Jenn, and their children, Mason, Emily and Timothy, San Antonio, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Ashland, with the Rev Dana Heckman-Beil officiating. Interment will be in Brock Cemetery, Ashland. A viewing will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home, Ashland, and 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the church.
