    DALMATIA -- David Allen Leach Sr., 57, of RR1 Dalmatia died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2002, at his home.
    He was born Dec. 26, 1944, in Gowen City, the son of the late Alvin and Edna (Reeder) Leach.
    Mr. Leach was employed as a mechanic by Sunbury Motor Co.
    Surviving are one son, David A. Leach Jr. of RR Herndon; one daughter, Melisa Hunsberger of RR3 Sunbury; one brother, John Leach of Shamokin; four sisters, Sara Leach of Elysburg, Mary Erdman of Rebuck, Linda Schieb of Louisiana and Ann Brosius of RR1 Dalmatia RR Shamokin; and three grandchildren.
    The funeral will be conducted at 11 this morning at St. Paul's United Church of Christ at Urban, RR Herndon, by the Rev. David Walthour. Burial will be in Leck Kill Cemetery.
    Contributions may be made to SUN Home Hospice, 61 Duke Northumberland, PA 17857.
    Funeral arrangements were by the James A. Reed Funeral Home, Market and Chestnut streets, Pillow.

    Alvin Leach, 46, Shamokin R. D. 2, died yesterdav in Shamokin Hospital after an illness of more, than a year. Mr. Leach was hospitalized since Sunday.
    A son of the late Elmer and -Sarah E. Weikel Leach, the late Gowen City man was born November 6. 1911, in Gowen City. He was employed as a miner at the Locust Gap Colliery.
    Surviving are the widow, the former Ada Reader, to wnom Mr. Leach was married Januarv 28, 1934; six children, Mrs. Harold Alvord, Harrisburg, and Sarah, John, David. Mary and Linda, at home: a brother, Balford, Shamokin, and one grandchild.
    Funeral Services will be held Monday morning at 11:00 in Farrow Funeral Home, Sixth and Chestnut Street.
    Rev. Thomas Rissinger, pastor of Gowen City Reformed Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Reformed Church cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday evening, from to 7:00 to 9:00, and Monday morning until time of services.

    Mrs. Hoffman was the daughter or Mr. and Mrs. Solomon Coleman and was born in Fearnot. At Mahantongo she was united in marriage to Daniel E. Hoffman who preceeded her death. Suriving are one son Charles Hoffman of Fearnot; one grandchild, three great-grandchildre and one great-great-grandchild.
    The funeral was held yesterday afternoon at two o'clock services being in charge of the Rev. H. M. Mentzer and burial was in Fearnot cemetery.
