    Max A. Zartman
    DORNSIFE - The funeral for Max A. Zartman, 67, Dornsife RD1, a farmer who died Saturday morning in the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m, in the Zion Lutheran Church, Trevorton.
    Mr. Zartman had been ill the past four years and had been hospitalized numerous times. He was admitted to Geisinger Thursday. The Rev. Milton F.A. Arndt will officiate. Burial will be in the Northumberland Memorial Park Cemetery Stonington. Friends will be received at the Robert G. Foust Funeral Home, Trevorton, tonight from 7 to 9.
    Born June 10, 1908 in Jackson Township, Mr. Zartman was the son of the late Charles F. and Martha Lenker Zartman.
    He lived in the township his entire life.
    In 1931 he married the former Agnes Reitz, who survives. Survivors besides his widow are two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Schlegel of Dalmatia RD and Mrs. Jack Leitzel of Halifax RD3; a brother, Paul E. Zartman of Dover, Del., and six grandchildren.

    Agnes M. Zartman, 81
    HALIFAX - Mrs. Agnes M. Zartman, 81, Halifax RD4, died Saturday morning in Harrisburg General Hospital. She had been in ill health for the past few years and had been hospitalized for the past two weeks.
    Born in Trevorton, Jan. 14, 1907, she was a daughter of the late William and Ida (Rebuck) Reitz.
    Mrs. Zartman lived in the Halifax area since 1976 and previously lived in the Dornsife RD area for many years.
    In 1931, she married Max A. Zartman, who died in 1975.
    She was educated in the Trevorton schools. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Trevorton, and the Halifax Senior Citizens.
    Mrs. Zartman is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Fern Schlegel of Dalmatia RD and Mrs. Faye Leitzel of Halifax RD; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Kathryn Reffeor and Mrs. Stella Clark, both of Sunbury.
    Four brothers a and two sisters preceded her in death.
    The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Zion Lutheran Church, Trevorton, by the Rev. Timothy W. Spring. Burial will be in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington.
    Visitors may call at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday.
    Donations may be made in her memory to the memorial fund at Zion Lutheran Church, Trevorton.
    Funeral arrangements were made by, the Robert G. Foust Funeral Home, Trevorton.
