  Ruby J. Rutter, 81, of 52 Powells Valley Road, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2007, in the Harrisburg Hospital.
  She was born Sunday, October 4, 1925, in Jordan Twp, PA, daughter of the late Samuel and Margaret I. Kratzer Leitzel.
  She worked at the former Riegels Shirt Factory in Millersburg.
  She was a member of the Valleys UCC in Halifax.
  Surviving is her husband, Robert S. Rutter; two Sons Terry Witmer and Reynold Witmer both of Halifax; five Brothers Lester Leitzel and Dennis Leitzel both of Halifax; Marvin Leitzel of Elizabethville; Stewart Leitzel and Billy Leitzel both of Mandata; four grandchildren Erin Witmer, Rachel Witmer, Andrea Kenawell, Michael Witmer.
  She was preceded in death by a brother Jack and a great-grandson Noah E. Kenawell.
  Services will be held at Hoover Funeral Home in Millersburg on Wednesday, May 9, 2007, at 11 AM with Rev. Kristine Heckard officiating.
  Interment will follow in the Halifax UM Cemetery.
  Friends will be received 10-11 AM Wednesday, May 9th at the funeral home.
