    He was born in Hegins, July 8, 1910, a son of the late Arthur and Verge Stutzman Willier.
    He was a World War II Army veteran.
    Mr. Willier was a retired security guard, having been employed at the Capital Harrisburg.
    He was a member of American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars Posts, both of Valley View, and Hegins Fire Company.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Isabel Herb; a daughter, Susan Herring, Valley View; a son, Thomas A., at home; two grandchildren; a sister; Ruby Snyder, Ashland area.
    Funeral services and interment will take place at the convenience of the family. Robert Miller Funeral Home, Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.

    Isabel Kathryn Willier, 86, of 509 W. Main St., Valley View, died Monday at Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center.
    Born in Hegins Township, May 18, 1918, she was a daughter of the late Elvin and Minnie Klouser Herb. She was a graduate of Hegins Township High School
    She retired as a seamstress at the former Philmark Manufacturing Co., Valley View. She was also a former telephone switchboard operator for the entire Hegins Valley.
    She was a member of Valley View Church of God and the International Ladies Garment Workers Union.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas M., in 1989; three brothers, John, Dallas and Russell Herb; five sisters, Orpha Evans, Estella Koppenhaver, Florence Troutman, Mildred Ossman and Elma Reed.
    Surviving are a son, Thomas A., husband of Lois Willier, Harrisburg; a daughter, Susan K., wife of Larry Herring, Valley View; a sister, Annice Ward, Harrisburg; two grandchildren, Lori, wife of Todd Maurer, Hegins, and Loren Herring, Valley View; three great-grandchildren, Madison Maurer, Collin Maurer and Dawson Maurer, all of Hegins.

    Mrs. Minnie A. Herb, 92, of 827 W. Main St., Valley View, died Monday morning in Pottsville Hospital.
    Mrs. Herb was born Dec. 8, 1887, at RD Hegins, a daughter of the late Harvey and Louisa Schwalm Clouser. She was a member of the Church of God, the Sunday School and Ladies' Bible Class and the Senior Citizens of Valley View.
    Surviving are nine children, Mrs. Florence Troutman, Valley View; Mrs. Elma Reed, Tower City; Mrs. Estella Koppenhaver, Valley View; Russell, Midd- letown; Mrs. Orpha Evans, Harrisburg; John, Harrisburg; Mrs. Isabel Willier, Valley View; Dallas, of Valley View; Mrs. Annice Ward, Harrisburg; 35 grandchildren; 71 great-grandchildren; seven great-greatgrandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Florence Gable, Hegins.

    Harvey M. Klouser, 81, lifelong resident of Valley View, died early Tuesday morning at his home, following a lingering illness. Born June 14, 1868, he was the son of the late John and Catherine Laud-enslager Klouser.
    He was a member of the Church of God. and a former farmer, and road supervisor.

    Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. James Myers in the Valley View Church of God Sunday at 2 p. m. for Mrs. Louisa Klouser, 80, who died at her home in Valley View Wednesday night 'as the result of a heart attack. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
    Born the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Schwalm, Hubley township, Mrs. Klouser was a life-long member of the Church of God and its Sunday School.

    Velma K. Klinger, 69, of 1529 W. Main St., Valley View, died Thursday night, Sept. 17, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
    Born in Klingerstown, Feb. 7, 1923, she was a daughter of the late John and Elura Starr Erdman.
    Mrs. Klinger retired as a seamstress from Elad Manufacturing of Valley View.
    She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View, and the Tri-Valley Senior Citizens.
    In addition to her husband she is survived by a son, Kenneth of West Grove; two daughters, Sandra Williard of Valley View and Carolyn Buffington of Gratz; two brothers, Elwood Erdman of Valley View and Rahn Erdman of New Jersey; a sister, Ella Artz of Valley View; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
    The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church with the Rev. Floyd Sollenberger. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
    Visitors may call from 9 a.m. until the time of the service Monday at the church.
    Funeral arrangements are by the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, 935 W. Main St., Valley View.

    He was born in Upper Mahantongo, Dec. 30, 1892, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Erdman.
    He was a member of the Lutheran Church of Valley View and was also a member of the I. O. O. F. of Valley View.
    Surviving are his wife, Laura, and the following children: Elwood of Fort Hunter, Md; Rahn, Otto [Barto?], Velma and Ella at home.
