Liverpool, Aug. 14.--Mrs. Jennie E. Stailey, wife of J. Warren Stailey, of Liverpool, died yesterday at her home in Liverpool.
A life-long resident of the community, Mrs. Stailey was the daughter of Serene and Agnes Klinger. She was born in 1883 She was a member of the Millersburg Order of Eastern Star: White Shrine, Harrisburg; Ladies of the Maccabees, Harrisburg, and was an active member of the Lutheran Church and Sunday School of Liverpool.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a sister-in-law, Mrs. Pearl Klinger, of Altoona, and a niece, Julia A. Martin, of Pennsville, N. J.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at. 1:30 p. m. at the residence, with further services p. m. at the Lutheran Church, with the Rev. G. D. Strail, officiating. He was born on 6 December 1881, Liverpool, Perry County, PA.2 He was the son of Cerenus Klinger and Agnes A. Frank.2 Charles Arthur Klinger married Emma E. Kline, daughter of Edwin Kline and Mary M. Forney. Some sources list a marriage between Charles Arthur Klinger and Emma Kiine in 1899, but in the 1900 Census listings for Liverpool, Perry County, both Arthur and Emma are living with their respective parents and are listed as single. More likely, they married soon after the 1900 Census was taken.3,4,5 Charles Arthur Klinger married Pearl Margaret Isenberg on 22 December 1909.2,6 Charles Arthur Klinger died on 17 January 1939, Altoona, Blair County, PA, at age 57.2
