Clair Edward Martin was born on 2 February 1892, Clinton County, PA.4 He was the son of Austin Martin and Katherine Allen.3 Clair Edward Martin married Julia Agnes Albright, daughter of William Thomas Albright and Myrtie Ardella Klinger, circa February 1923.1,2 Clair Edward Martin and Julia Agnes Albright were divorced before 1940.5 Clair Edward Martin died on 10 February 1983, Lock Haven Hospital, Lock Haven, Cliinton, PA, at age 91.4,3

Clair E Martin 91 of Lamar who was a farmer for 36 years died at the Lock Haven Hospital Thursday.
He was born Feb 2 1892 in Mill Hall the son of Austin and Katharine Allen Martin. He married Grace McCandless who survives.
Also surviving are a son Robert E. Martin of Lamar a step-son Clair A. Martin of Highland, Calif; a step-daughter Barbara Martin Hall of Pennsville, N.J; two grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
He retired in November 1982 after 36 years of farming. He had previously worked for the DuPont Corp. in Deep Water, N.J.
Mr Martin was a member of Cedar Heights Brethren and Christ Chinch. He was a member of the Tarrent Lodge 942 F.A.M., the Dallas Consistory and the Moslah Temple of Fort Worth, Texas. He also was a member of the Nittany Grange of Lamar.
Funeral services will be in the Cedar Heights Brethren and Christ Church Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. John L. Bundy officiating.
Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery .Friends will be received at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home 320 Main St., Mill Hall, from 7 to 9 p.m.
Masonic services will be held Sunday at 7:30 p.m.

Clair Albright Martin is also referred to as Clair Warren Martin in some sources.2 He was born on 25 September 1923, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA.1 He was the son of Clair Edward Martin and Julia Agnes Albright.1 Clair Albright Martin married Marguerite (?)3 Clair Albright Martin and Marguerite (?) were divorced in 1955; In November, 1955, a decree of divorce was handed down to Marguerite against Clair in Washoe County, NV. In December, 1955, Marguerite sued for custody of their 2 minor children.4,5 Clair Albright Martin died on 8 October 1998, California at age 75.2,6,7
