    SUNBURY - Charles M. "Kcuber" Rebuck; 90, of RR1 Sunbury, formerly of Klingerstown, Trevorton and Rebuck, died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2005, at Sunbury Community Hospital shortly after being transported from the Manor. at Penn Village, Selinsgrove, where he was a patient since August.
    He was born Oct. 17, 1915, in Rebuck, a son of the late, Charles H. "Herbie" Rebuck and Laura A: (Kieffer) Rebuck. On Feb. 9; 1935, he was united in marriage to the former Beulah K. Smith, who survives and is a patient at the Manor at Penn Village.
    Charles was educated at the Morning Star School, Washington Township.
    He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army.
    Mr. Rebuck was a retired carpenter, having been employed by George Ross Construction Co., Sunbury, and later by the Broscious Lumber Co., Sunbury, retiring in 1984. He was a member of Himmel's Church. Rebuck, and a former member of Zion Lutheran Church, Trevorton, where he had been a former church council member, choir member, Sunday school superintendent and teacher. He was a former scoutmaster of Troop 243, Trevorton, which was sponsored by Zion Lutheran .Church.
    He was a member of the International Order of Odd Fellows, Trevorton.
    Charles enjoyed woodworking, sharpening saws and basket making, having owned and operated the Basket Shop, RR1 Sunbury.
    Surviving. in addition to his wife, Beulah, are three sons and daughters-in-law. Charles H. and Mary Frances Rebuck of RR5 Sunbury, Tony A. and Bonnie Rebuck of RR3 Sunbury and Pierce E. and Mary Jane Rebuck of Sunbury; three daughters and sons-inlaw, Daphne J. and Kenneth Keim of Ephrata, Laure M. and David Johnson of RR1 Sunbury and Amy. M. and Masser of RR1 Klingerstown; 15 grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; one sister, Edna Smith of Millersburg; and nieces and nephews.
    He was preceded in death by one daughter, Renee Rebuck, in 1940; one son, Norman H. Rebuck, in 1978; one great-grandson, Cole Gavin Johnson, in 2005; four sisters, Verna Adams, Alma Derk, Stella Hoffman and Anna Rebuck; and three brothers, Harry, Roy and Guy Rebuck.
    A viewing will be held from .9 to 11 a.m.. Monday at Himmel's Church, Rebuck, where the funeral will follow at 11 with the Rev. Frederick Faust officiating.
    Burial will be in Himmel's Cemetery, Rebuck.

    Tony A. Rebuck, 82, of Muncy, died Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Rose View Center, Williamsport.
    Born July 29, 1940 in Rebuck, he was a son of the late Charles M. and Beulah K. (Smith) Rebuck. On April 23, 1994 he married the former Bonnie VanGilder, who survives. Together they celebrated 28 years of marriage.
    Tony was a 1958 graduate of Trevorton High School and a graduate of the former Tri-State University, now Trine University, where he received a bachelor’s degree. He began his career as an electrical engineer at the former American Viscose plant, Lewistown. Tony then worked for Honeywell and retired from Penn State University in State College.
    He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Muncy.
    Tony was interested in genealogy and started the Northumberland County GenWeb. He enjoyed roller skating, camping and traveling with his wife. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.
    Surviving in addition to his wife are five children and their spouses, Beth Rebuck, of Maryland, Mark and Mary Beth Rebuck, of Virginia, Samuel and Tina Harrison, of Michigan, Stephanie and Mark Van Natter, of Williamsport and Matthew Harrison and Kathryn Bullington, of Elysburg; four siblings and their spouses, Pierce and Mary Jane Rebuck, of Sunbury, Daphna and Ken Kiem, of Lititz, Laure and David Johnson, of Sunbury and Amy and Rick Masser, of Klingerstown; two sisters-in-law, Mary Fran Rebuck and Dorothy Rebuck; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many other extended family and friends that loved Tony.
    In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Charles and Norman Rebuck; a sister, Renee Rebuck; and a granddaughter, Hannah Van Natter.
    Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2023 at the First United Methodist Church, 602 S. Market St., Muncy, where the memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. with his pastor, the Rev. Richard Robinson, officiating.
    The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions be made to either Rose View Center, put Activity Fund in the memo, and mail to 1201 Rural Ave., Williamsport, PA 17701 or to the First United Methodist Church, 602 S. Market St., Muncy, PA 17756.
    The family is being assisted by Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy.1

    SUNBURY -- The Rev. Charles H. Rebuck, 67, of RR5 Sunbury, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2005.
    He was born Aug. 12, 1938, in Fountain Springs, a son of Charles M. Rebuck, who died Nov. 30, and Beulah K. (Smith) Rebuck of Sunbury. On Sept. 5, 1959, he married the former Mary Frances Dangelo, who survives.
    The Rev. Rebuck graduated in 1956 from Trevorton High School.
    He was an electrician and construction manager for STV Inc., Pottstown, retiring in 2002 after 17 years of service. The Rev. Rebuck was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Trevorton.
    He was ordained deacon of the Harrisburg Diocese in 1978 and served at St. Monica Church in Sunbury from 1978 to 1985, at St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother in Stowe from 1985 to 2002, and at St. Patrick's Church in Trevorton from 2002 to the time of his death.
    The Rev. Rebuck was a member of the IBEW Local No. 607.
    He loved roller skating, photography, camping, gardening, and raising orchids and roses. He also loved kids, especially his grandkids. He served as patrol leader and senior patrol leader for Boy Scout Troup 243 of Zion Lutheran Church in Trevorton, and he was active as a young man.
    Surviving, in addition to his wife, are three children, Charles P. and his wife Theresa of Shamokin, Anne Marie Yeager of Selinsgrove, and Donna J. and William Troutman of RR5 Sunbury; eight grandchildren, Brian, Joshua, Anthony and Zachary Yeager, Matthew, Andrew and Emily Troutman, and Rachel Rebuck; one great-granddaughter, Lyndsey; two stepgrandchildren, Ronald and Jessica Carey; one stepgreatgrandson, Dylan; two brothers, Tony A. of RR Sunbury and Pierce E. and his wife Mary Jane of Sunbury; three sisters, Daphne J. and her husband Kenneth Keim of Ephrata, Laure M. and David Johnson of RR Sunbury, and Amy M. and her husband Rick Masser; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
    He was preceded in death by a sister, Renee D., and a brother, Norman H. Rebuck.
    Relatives and friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick's Church, 331 Shamokin St., Trevorton. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with Bishop Kevin Rhoades, celebrant.
    Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Elysburg.
