Born in Pottstown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Edward J. O'Neill and the late Eva (Paul) O'Neill.
Kathryn was a operator for the former Bell Telephone Company for many years.
She was a member of St. Teresa of Calcutta Church, Schwenksville.
Kathryn was a member of the Ringing Hill Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by two sons, Paul A. Bieleski, Jr. and his wife Patricia A., Albrightsville, David M. Bieleski, Pottstown; a daughter, Judy L. wife of Gary Wagner, Pottstown; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, James E. Bieleski widow of Patricia A. Bieleski, and a daughter, Cindy J. Bieleski.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. on Friday October 25, 2019 at the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, 359 King St., Pottstown. Burial will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery. There will be a viewing Friday from 9:30 to 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association of PA go to www.alz.org/pa to make a donation.

Born in Pottstown, PA, he was a son of the late Sarah (Sawicki) Bieleski and Albert Bieleski. Mr. Bieleski was a Maintenance Mechanic for the former Stanley G. Flagg Co., for twenty six years retiring in 1991. He also was a life long farmer farming the family farm on Bleim Road in Lower Pottsgrove Twp. He was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church, Pottstown.
He was a member of Pikeville Sportsman Club, Ringing Hill Fire Company where he was a former president & chief of the fire company. He was an avid hunter & trapper.
Surviving beside his wife of 57 years are three sons Paul A. husband of Patricia A. Bieleski, Jr., Pottstown, James E. husband of Patricia A. Bieleski, Pottstown, David M. Bieleski, Pottstown; a daughter Judy L. wife of Gary Wagner, Pottstown; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by a daughter Cindy J. Bieleski; a brother Matthew Bieleski; and a sister Herminia Westley.
A Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday from the Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church 1128 South Street, Pottstown. Burial will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery. There will be a viewing Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 P.M. at the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory 359 King Street Pottstown and Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the church.
