JONATHAN G. KLINGER
Jonathan Grant Klinger, 69, of died Saturday home after a Hegins, R. D. 2, afternoon at his home after a lengthy illness.
Born October 1, 1886, in Barry Township, Mr. Klinger was a son of the late Edward and Priscilla Deiter Klinger.
Surviving are his wife, the former Cora Neumeister, and the following daughters and sons: Mrs. Valeria Trout, of Abington, Md; Luther and Homer, Valley View; Paul, of Palmyra: Mrs. John Shadle, Hegins. R. D; Mrs. Clair Koppenhaver, Hegins, R. D. 2; Mrs. Robert Geist, Palatine, Ill; Mrs. Wilbur Tice, Lykens; Timothy, Hegins, R. D. 1; Byrd, St. Clair; also one brother, Howard, Hegins, R. D. 3; 35 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be held Wednes day afternoon from his late resi dence Interment wUl be in the Church of God Cemetery, Valley View. The Rev. M. H. Kephart and the Rev. Rhine will officiate. Miller Funeral Home, of Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.

MYERSTOWN — Elizabeth Amanda (Yeager) Wiest, 95, formerly of Shamokin, passed away at the E.C.C. Retirement Village on Tuesday, May 17, 2011, after a lingering illness.
Born Sept. 18, 1915, in Shamokin to the late Eugene and Helen (Kerstetter) Yeager, she was the wife of the late Allen A. Wiest, who preceded her in death in 1980.
She moved from Shamokin to Lititz in 1990 to live with her son and his family.
While in Shamokin, she was a member of the Seventh Street Primitive Methodist Church. After moving to Lititz, she attended the Womelsdorf Evangelical Fellowship Church.
She is survived by a son, the Rev. Kenneth Wiest, and his wife Mary (Sock) Wiest, of Lititz; a daughter, Helen Louise (Wiest) Lehner, and her husband Ronald Lehner, of Mifflinburg; six grandchildren, Barbara Batts, Judith Shreiner, Sandra Campbell, Debra Wiest, David Wiest and Stacy Blankenship; 11 great-grandchildren, Pierre, Patrick, Camille and Kiera Batts, Tabitha Rodriguez, Luke Shreiner, Carly and Owen Campbell, Andre Wiest, Mackenzie Wiest and Mark Blankenship, and a great-great-grandchild, Patrick Batts Jr.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Eugene, Robert, and Kenneth Yeager.
WIEST — Elizabeth Amanda (Yeager) Wiest, 95, formerly of Shamokin. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the building fund for Womelsdorf Trinity Fellowship Church, P.O. Box 44, 300 Lyman Ave., Womelsdorf 19567. Private internment took place in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Trevorton Road, Shamokin, at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were entrusted to the Farrow Funeral Home, Shamokin.
