• Some sources, including the Klinger's Church baptismal records, list Sallie's date of birth as September 1, 1872, but that date is less than 6 months after the date of birth of her sister Anora. For this reason, it is perhaps more likely that she was born in 1874, as is shown in the Klinger's Church Cemetery listings.²

• Daniel Arthur McKinney was born on 2 February 1881.²
• He was the son of Philip McKinney and Catharine Klinger.¹
• In 1900, Daniel was single, living with his father in Lykens Township, Dauphin County, PA, and working as a farm laborer.³
• The 1910 Census for Sunbury, Northumberland County, PA, lists a Daniel A. McKinney, born around 1881, as the son-in-law of Hiram and Abbie Knorr, married to their daughter Anna A. (Knorr). They had been married less than a year and had no children. Daniel was a carpenter for a housing contractor. In 1920, this Daniel was a building contractor in Sunbury and was father of 2 children, 2 sons Daniel, age 6, and John, age 5. It is not clear if this Daniel McKinney is the son of Catherine Klinger and Philip McKinney.^4,5

• In 1910, Charles and his wife Jennie were living on Wolverton Street in Sunbury, Northumberland County, PA, where he was a railroad flagman. They had been married 3 years and had given birth to 2 children: Catherine and Guy.⁴
• Charles Oliver McKinney died in 1913.²
• In 1920, after Charles's death, the widowed Jennie was living with her son Charles in Sunbury.⁵

• Maria Anna Klinger was baptized on 14 August 1859, Zion (Klinger's) Church Cemetery, Erdman, Lykens Township, Dauphin County, PA.⁴
• She married Gabriel Miller, son of Jacob Miller and Mary Coleman, on 8 May 1880.^1,5,6
• The 1900 Census for Lykens Township, Dauphin County, lists the following household: Gabriel Miller, born Mar. 1853, 47, married 21 years, farmer; Pauline [sic], born May 1859, 41, married 21 year, mother of 6 children, all living; Bertha M., daughter, born Dec. 1881, 18; James A., son, born Dec, 1885, 14; Newton W., son, born Nov. 1888, 11; Nolan E., son, born Dec. 1892, 8; and Harry R., son, born July 1896, 3.⁷
• The 1910 Census for Lykens Township, Dauphin County, lists Gabriel and Mary A. Miller's family as including: Gabriel Miller, 57, farmer, married 30 years, a second marriage [?]; Mary A., 51, married 30 years, a second marriage, mother of 6 children, 6 surviving; Nolen E, son, 17; and Harry, son, 12.⁵
• By the time of the 1920 Census, Mary's husband Gabriel had died, and Mary's household consisted of herself and her son Harry, who was working as a coal miner.²
• Maria Anna Klinger died on 10 February 1929, Gratz, Dauphin County, PA, at age 69.³

  Mrs. Gabriel Miller, age 69 years, died at the home of her son, James Miller in Gratz at noon, Sunday after an illness of eight weeks with diabetes. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Klinger and was born May 4, 1859.
  She is survived by four sons and two daughters: Newton, James and Harry Miller of Gratz and Nolan Miller of Spring Glen; Mrs. John Scheib of Hegins; Mrs. Nathan Klinger of Gratz; two sisters and two brothers: Mrs William Creel of Camden, New Jersey, Mrs. Angeline Kettinger [Reedinger /] of Wiconisco; Brady and Samuel Klinger of Wiconisco; also by ten grand children and ten great-grandchildren.
  Services will be held from the home of her son in Gratz this Thursday morning at ten o'clock, and further services will be held in Simeons Lutheran Church at that place, Rev. W. Z. Artz, pastor, officiating and interment will be made in the Gratz Cemetery.

  Jonathan Knohr, aged 69 years, 4 months and 21 days, died at his home at Gratz last Wednesday afternoon. He had been in ill health for the past year.
  Mr. Knohr was a son of the late Henry and Hannah (Buffington) Knohr, born in Lykens Township, April 10, 1863. He was married to Sarah Louisa Klinger June 19, 1881 who passed away about eight years ago. He was a member of Simeon's Reformed Church at Gratz.
  Survivors are three sons and one daughter: Daniel and Harry Knohr of Gratz, Edmund Knohr of Valley View and Mrs. William Phillips, Gratz, with whom he had made his home, and where he passed awa
  Funeral services were held from the Phillips residence at two o'clock Saturday afternoon. Rev. C. P. Wehr pastor of the Lykens Valley Reformed Charge officiated and interment was made in the Gratz cemetery.
