  • Mary Klinger, Klingers from the Odenwald, Hesse, Germany, p. 274, says that Catharine was "the daughter of Daniel Klinger," but she does not identify which Daniel Klinger. Judging from the dates and by a process of elimination, she was probably referring to Daniel Klinger, husband of Mary Ann Schoffstall (p. 416).
