  WILLIAMSTOWN - Betty C. Adams, 79, of Williamstown, passed away Monday at the Harrisburg Hospital.
  Born in Sound Bend, PA, July 2, 1933, a daughter of the late John and Luetta Beighley Wasson.
  Betty was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, Wiconisco. She was also a member of the ILGWU.
  She was a former den mother for the cub scouts and boy scouts and also active with the girl scouts. Betty enjoyed sewing and gardening.
  In addition to her parents she was pre-deceased by two sisters, Grace Crisswell and Bertha Black.
  Surviving are her husband Howard A. Adams, to whom she was married over 55 years; one brother, John Wasson, Texas; four sisters, Louise Coleman and Esther Baker, both of Leechburg, PA; Doris Renshaw, Harrisburg and Nancy Fondrk, Leechburg, PA. Numerous nieces and nephews.
  Funeral services will be held Monday, November 26th at 11:00 am from the Wesley United Methodist Church, Wiconisco, with Rev. Barbara Yorks. Burial will be in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00- 11:00 at the church. In lieu of flowers donations in Betty's name should be made to the Williamstown American Legion, 123 W. Market Street, Williamstown, PA 17098 or the Williamstown EMS, P.O. Box 74, Williamstown, PA 17098. Dimon Funeral Homes, Inc., Williamstown has been entrusted with the arrangements.   Lori Ann West Vanlandingham, age 54, of Alexandria, VA, passed away on November 16, 2018. Beloved wife of 32 years to Mike Vanlandingham. Loving mother of Ashley Vanlandingham. Dear sister of Gregory West and the late Douglas West. Adored daughter of Richard Lee and Barbara Mae (Straub) West. Adored aunt and Godmother of Philip West. Great aunt of Haley-Jane West. Also survived by her in-laws; Mary Ruth and the late George DeWitt Vanlandingham (CSM, USA, Ret.) Lori was a property booking officer for the Army Corps of Engineers. She and her family loved the outdoors. Lori could be found lounging at the pool, or at the beach. She enjoyed jet skiing or any water related activities. She especially loved playing with her dogs and hanging around her family. Lori was also proud that her late father in law, was instrumental in the formation of the guards at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier; and that he also served as a Tomb Guard.
