    MILLERSBURG - Russell F. Walter, 68, Millersburg RD1, died Wednesday in the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
    He was a retired employee of Cbnrail; a veteran of World War II; a member of the VFW; American Legion; Junction Fire Company; Newport Order of Owls; Sixth Street Clover Club; Erdman Sportsmen's Association; Pennsylvania Railroad Retiree Club; and a life member of the United Transportation Union.
    He is survived by his wife, Erma L; three sons, Paul and Ronald Walter, both of Ypsilanti. Mich , and Melvin R. Lebo of Halifax RD; a daughter,Mrs. Trudy Rudy of Ypsilanti; a brother. Harry of Claysburg; a sister, Mrs. Harriet Hengst of Imler; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild The funeral will be conducted Monday.
