- Some sources suggest that Mabel Maude Rebuck and Albert Hyram Klinger were married after 1920 because, in the 1920 Census, Mabel was listed in Albert's household as single and a servant. Albert was also listed as single.6
- Mabel Maude Rebuck died on 26 May 1962, Upper Mahanoy Township, Northumberland County, PA, at age 66; Her obituary says that Mabel died at her home in Upper Mahantongo Township, Schuylkill County, but both the obituary and the death certificate list her home as being in Klingerstown R.D., which wuld include both townships.1,2,3,7

Klingerstown Widow Dies
Mrs. Mabel Maude Klinger, 66 years of age, Klingerstown R. D., Upper Mahantongo Township, died at her home on Saturday evening at 8:10 p.m. She was in failing health for the past few years.
The daughter of the late Jacob and Susan Shaffer, Rebuck, she was born on February 17, 1896, at Hebe. Her husband, Albert H., died on March 25, 1960.
She is survived by eight children, Mrs. Jay Smeltz, Hemdon R. D. 1, Mrs. Walter R Klock, of Dornsife; Walter, George, and Charles Klinger, Mrs. William Wehry and Miss Pauline Klinger, Klingerstown R. D., and Kenneth R. Klinger. Trevorton: also 'one brother, Ira Rebuck, Monmouth Junction, N. J. She is further survived by six grandchildren.
Services will be held at St. Michael's Church, Klingerstown, on Thursday, May 31, 1962 at 2 p.m. The Rev. Mr. Donald W. Wert, Leck Kill, officiating. Interment will be in St. Michael's Church Cemetery.
Friends and relatives may call at the Lawrence E. Rothermel Funeral Home on Wednesday evening.3 - She was buried on 31 May 1962, at St. Michael's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Klingerstown, Schuylkill County, PA.8,3

Kenneth R. "Jack" Klinger, 55, of 1100 W. Shamokin St., Trevorton, died Saturday, March 13, [1993,] at Sunbury Community Hospital, where he had been a patient since March 6. He had been in ill health for the past eight months.
Bom in Klingerstown R.D., Upper Mahanoy Township, July 12, 1937, he was the son of the late Albert and Mabel (Rebuck) Klinger.
He was a resident of Trevorton for the past 36 years, previously living in Klingerstown R.D.
Mr. Klinger was first employed by Brosious Lumber Co., Sunbury. In 1978, he and his son, Kenneth Jr., established the K.&K. Garage in Augustaville. For the past three years he was employed at Hepco Construction Co., Selinsgrove.
He was married March 31, 1956, by the Rev. Daniel Koons in Trevorton United Methodist Church to the former Edith Anderson, who survives.
Mr. Klinger, educated in Mahanoy Joint Schools, was a member of Trevorton United Methodist Church and acting president of the Albino Eagle Hunting Lodge, Union County.
In addition to his wife, Edith, he is survived by three sons, Kenneth R. Jr., Herndon R.D.1, and Kelly and Kerry, both of Trevorton; two daughters, Mrs. Daniel (Kim) Straub, Shamokin, and Mrs. Peter (Kristy) Shingara, Sunbury R.D.3; four sisters, Mrs. Katie Smeltz, Herndon R.D.1, Mrs. Walter (Vinnie) Clock and Mrs. Fayne (Pauline) Clouscr, both of Domsife R.D., and Mrs. William (Betty) Wehry, Klingerstown R.D.1; a brother, George, Klingerstown R.D; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter and Charles, and a sister. Myrtle Klinger.
Services were held Wednesday in the Robert G. Foust Funeral Home, 841 W. Shamokin St., Trevorton. The Revs. Dr. Daniel Brodhead and E. Earl Trauger officiated. Interment was at Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Trevorton United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 310 S. Sixth St., Trevorton 17881, or Sun Home Health Services Inc., 61 Duke St., Northumberland 17857.
