     Tekla Roman was born circa 1892, Austria.3 She married Maxmillian Zurat.2 Tekla Roman died on 29 September 1970.3

MRS. MAXIMILLIAN ZURAT
Word was received of the death of Mrs. Tekla Zurat, 78, of New Britain, Connecticut, early on Tuesday morning. She was a former Pine Grove resident and the mother of Joseph Zurat of Pine Grove RD3.
Born in Austria, the former Tekla Roman, she was preceded in death by her husband, Maximillian Zurat.
Surviving in addition to her son, Joseph, are two more sons, John of Pottsville and Michael of Orwin; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Krause of Bristol, Conn. and Mrs. Majewski of New Britain; one sister, Mrs. Mary Rich of Mary, Connecticut; 18 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held this morning in New Britain, Conn.

     Maxmillian Zurat was born in 1896, Poland.2 He married Tekla Roman.1

DROWNED AT SWEET ARROW
The body of Max Zurat, aged 40, a World War veteran of Deturksville. missing from his home since Sunday was found floating in Sweet Arrow Lake, Tuesday morning shortly before 11 o'clock.
The body was seen by a resident near the lake, Clarence Kramer, who summoned aid and removed the body to the shore. Dr. F. J. Walters, deputy coroner, was summoned and said the man had been dead almost 48 hours.
The farmily were inquiring about hiim at the lake, Monday, when he failed to return home, but no organized search was made.
When found he was clad only in a long suit of underwear, but a search of the shore disclosed hie clothing, containing his wallet, with his name, and credentials identifying him as a veteran.
He had been living in the vicinity of Deturksville for a number of year conducting a farm and for the past year had been mining in a bootleg coal hole near Lincoln, and he was employed on the WPA.
To survive he leaves bis wife and five children, including a son. who attends Pinegrove High School. daughter, Irene, who is employed in Pinegrove.
When last seen Sunday afternoon between 3 and 4 o'clock he was walking along the lower end of the lake toward Pinegrove according to Mr. and Mrs. Milton Stump.
His clothing were found near the position of the body by Claude Spancake and Clarence Kramer, the youth who saw his head in the water.
H. L. Snyder, Pinegrove, will have have charge of the funeral arrangements.

     Romane Williard was born on 8 December 1929, Fisherville, PA.2 She was the daughter of Anna A. Wilbert.3,2 Romane Williard married Theodore John Worhacz.1 Romane Williard died on 8 January 2014, Osteopathic Hospital, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA, at age 84.2

Romaine Worhacz
Lykens- Romaine Worhacz age 84, passed away Wednesday January 8, 2014 at Osteopathic Hospital Harrisburg. She was born December 8, 1929 at Fisherville, Pa to the late Leroy and Anna Hoffman. Williard. Romaine was a graduate of the former. Elizabethville High School and worked as a cook at the Kepler Home in Elizabethville, Pa.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Theodore J. Worhacz and is survived by her companion Larry. Margetanski, one son Steve Worhacz; four daughters; Beverly Zurat, Jane Schwak, Jean Dietrich and Sandy Shadle. Three brothers; Robert, Donnie and Fred. Two sisters; Nancy and Linda. Seven grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday January 13, 2014 at the John R. Shultz Funeral Home, 406 Market St., Lykens at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Carl E. Slough officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Memorial Gardens Halifax, Pa.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Central Pa., 1320 Linglestown Rd., Harrisburg, Pa. 17110.

Theodore John Worhacz, 52, of 185 North Romaine Lykens, died Sunday at Polyclinic daughters, Medical Center, Harrisburg.
Mr. Worhacz was born at Shamokin, a son of Mrs. Victoria Pincoski Worhacz now of Lykens and the late Theodore Worhacz. He was is a retired employee of Bethlehem Steel Corp. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of Legion Post 124, Lykens : and the VFW, Elizabethville.
Surviving are his widow, the former Romaine Williard; his mother; four daughters, Mrs. Beverly A. Zurat, Orwin; Mrs. Jean M. Ulsh, and Sandra L., all of Lykens; a son Steven T., of Williamstown; six grandchildren.
Services will be held Wednesday morning from the John M. Shultz Funeral Home, Lykens, with a the Rev. Joseph F. Brady, pastor of Calvary and Wesley United Methodist Churches, Wiconisco, officiating. Interment will be in Riverview Memorial Gardens, Halifax.
