Darlene I. Stiely, age 51, of 2354 E. Main Street, Sacramento, died Friday, April 27.
She was born on Sunday, January 29, 1961, in Pottsville, a daughter of Ned L. and Grace M. Peifer Coleman of Spring Glen.
She was a 1978 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and a graduate of Central Penn Business School.
She was a clerk typist for Troop L, Pennsylvania State Police, Schuylkill Haven; where she was employee of the year in 2011. She was a part time caretaker for the Redco Group.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Sacramento; where she served as church secretary.
She was also a member of VFW Post 8237, Valley View and the Valley View Gun Club.
Darlene was the founder of the Tyler Stiely Memorial Fund and the Tyler Stiely Fun Day.
She was preceded in death by her son, Tyler S. Stiely in 1999.
She is survived by her husband, Alan R. Stiely, to whom she was married for 27 years.
Surviving in addition to her parents and her husband are a daughter, Kayla A. Stiely of Fairfax, VA; a brother, Richard "Ric" Coleman of Columbus, OH; and her mother and father in law, Darwin and Patricia Stiely of Klingerstown.
Funeral services were held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Wednesday, May 2, with Rev. Raymond Holland officiating. Visitation was held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. There was no viewing. Burial was in St. Paul's Cemetery, Sacramento.

He was born on Monday, October 22, 1934, in Klingerstown, a son of the late Tyson Coleman and Ethel Rothermel Coleman.
He was a 1952 graduate of the former Hegins Twp High School.
He retired from Bethlehem Steel, Steelton. After his retirement he worked part time for the Hegins Twp Water Authority.
He was a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church, Spring Glen.
He was a former member of the Circuit Riders Singing Group and a former teener league baseball coach in Klingerstown.
He enjoyed doing handy work, woodworking, and remodeling. Ned loved his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Darlene I Stiely and a grandson, Tyler S Stiely.
He is survived by his wife Grace M (Peifer) Coleman, to whom he was married for 56 years.
He is also survived by a son Richard "Ric" L Coleman of Columbus, OH; a granddaughter Kayla A Stiely of Spring Glen; and a son in law Alan R Stiely of Spring Glen.
Funeral services will be held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at 11:00 am, with Rev. Raymond Holland officiating.
A viewing will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday at the funeral home.
Burial will be made in St. Mark's Cemetery, Spring Glen.

Peifer died on 13 December 2019, Wesley Glen Retirement Facility, Columbus, Franklin County, OH, at age 81.²

     Tyler Scott Stiely was born on 13 July 1992.¹ He was the son of Alan R. Stiely and Darlene I. Coleman.¹ Tyler Scott Stiely died on 24 August 1999, Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Pottsville, Schuylkill County, PA, at age 7, as a result of complications from a near drowning accident.^2,3 He was buried at St. Paul's Cemetery, Sacramento, Hubley Township, Schuylkill County, PA.²

     Charles Raymond Heckert was born on 15 December 1900, Lower Mahanoy Township, Northumberland County, PA.³ He married Julia L. Hinkle, daughter of Isaac J. Hinkle and Sarah R. Dreibelbis.² Charles Raymond Heckert died on 14 January 1986, Community Hospital, Sunbury, Northumberland County, PA, at age 85.⁴

HERNDON --- Charles R. Heckert, 85, Herndon RD1, died yesterday in the Sunbury Community Hospital.
Born Dec. 15, 1900, near Dalmatia, Northumberland County, he was a son of the late Frank and Clara Yeager Heckert.
He was a retired employee of the Pennsylvania Railroad and owner of Heckert's Lunch near Herndon.
He is survived by his wife, Laura; two sons, Charles T. of Dalmatia RD and Paul A. of Sunbury RD1; two daughters, Mrs. Betty G. Peters of Berwick and Mrs. Irene Maurer of Dalmatia RD; 26 grandchildren; and more than 20 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the Hoover Funeral Home, Millersburg, by the Rev. Wayne G. Wagner. Burial will be in Dalmatia Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from noon until the time of the service.
