    She was a member of Hepler's Church of God Church, Pitman, and attended Zion Lutheran Church, Erdman.
    She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Adams; a sister, Maude Fetterolf; and two brothers, Lee and Charles Brosius.
    She is survived by her husband, LeRoy Smeltz; two sons, Forrest Adams of Mechanicsburg and Barry Adams of Dillsburg; two daughters, Rebecca Deitrich, Jr. and Lori Heim, both of Pitman; two step daughters, Joyce Deitrich of Chambersburg and Nancy Hallowell of Ottsville; 13 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; one sister, Betty Carey of Bethlehem; and several nieces and nephews.
    Services were held Dec. 23 at Hepler's Church of God Church, Pitman.
    Burial was in the church cemetery.
