JOHN H. DITTY
John H. Ditty, age 67 years, East Broad Street, town, died at! his home on Monday.
Mr. Ditty was a son, of the late Aaron and Sara (Miller) Ditty and was born in Jackson Township. He had been a resident of this community twenty-nine years. His wife, the former Miss. [I]da M. Long, preceded him in death two years ago.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Carl DeWald of Harrisburg; three sons Roy E. Ditty, Dalmatia R.D; John D. Ditty of Oberlin, and Robert E. Ditty, of Elizabethville, and thirteen grandchildren.
Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Shultz of Halifax R. D. 1; and Mrs. Minnie Moyer of New Cumberland R. D. and four brothers, Harry Ditty, Millersburg; James Ditty, Millersburg R.D; Charles Ditty, Elizabethville R. D., and Ralph Ditty of Duncannon.
Services will be held from the Hoover Funeral Home, Berrysburg, at 2:00 o'clock Friday afternoon. Rev. W. Z. Artz. pastor of the Lykens Valley Lutheran Parish will officiate and interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Elizabethville.
