Joan C. Taylor, 85, of Williamstown, passed away Thursday at the Manor of the Susquehanna Village, Millersburg.
Born in Williamstown, Oct. 26, 1930, she was a daughter of the late James and Hester Klinger Moss.
She was a 1948 graduate of the former Williamstown High School and retired from Fort Indiantown Gap as an accountant.
Joan was a member of Williamstown United Methodist Church and Millersburg Area Art Association. She was an accomplished artist and enjoyed horses.
Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Charles Sr; a son, Charles Jr. and his wife, Deb, Millersburg; a daughter, Leslie Lengel and her husband, David, Tennessee; a sister, Shirley Coppola, Florida; six grandchildren, Jason Taylor, Derek and Jared Baker, James and Scott Lengel and Ashlee Deibert; four great-grandchildren, Lindsey, Emilee and Drake Deibert and Chloe Lengel.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday from the Chapel of Dimon Funeral Home Inc., Tower City, with Monica Romberger, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery Williamstown. A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m.

Charles E. Taylor, Sr., 91, of Williamstown, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Polk Assistant Living, Millersburg.
Born in Zerbe, Twp., Northumberland County, March 21, 1931, a son of the late Lester Taylor and Leroy and Sarah Dietrich Huntzinger. Charlie was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War.
He was a retired supervisor in the engineering department of the former AMP, Inc., Williamstown.
A member of the Williamstown United Methodist Church, Williamstown American Legion and the Ashlar Lodge, #570 F&AM, Lykens.
Charlie was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State Football. In his later years, he enjoyed watching television, especially Shark Tank. He always made sure to make his nightly phone calls to his family to check in on them.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joan C. Moss Taylor, 2016, his son, Charles "Charlie" Taylor, Jr. 2020 and a brother, Larry Huntzinger.
Surviving are his daughter-in-law; Deb Taylor, Williamstown, his grandchildren; Jason Taylor and Ashlee Deibert, three great grandchildren; Emilee, Drake and Lindsey Deibert. One brother, Craig Huntzinger (Jean), Millersburg.
Following Charlie's wishes he will be laid to rest privately in the Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown with Pastor Annette Shutt officiating.

Thomas E. Mauser, 64, of lis North St., Lykens, died Sunday at his home.
He was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church of Elizabethville.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Emma Mauser; three sons, Leon of Halifax RD; Richard of Berrys-burg, and John of Lykens; six daughters, Mrs. John Zimmerman of Halifax RD 2; Mrs. Harry Portzline of Halifax; Mrs. Franklin Cavanaugh of Tremont; Mrs. Ronald Knauver and Mrs. Geo. Schoffstall, both of Wiconisco; Miss Joann Mauser, at home; a sister, Mrs. Hattie Hoover of Spring Glen; and 21 grandchildren.
Services were held Wednesday at 2 p. m. from the funeral home in Beirysburg, with the Rev. Emil Stone, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Lykens, officiating. Burial was made in Maple Grove Cemetery, Elizabethville.
