     Hilda M. Hoffman was born on 20 January 1911, Upper Mahantongo Township, Schuylkill County, PA.¹ She was the daughter of Charles E. Hoffman and Nora Silvia Wiest.¹ Hilda M. Hoffman married Alvin Alfred Paul, son of Irvin Isaac Paul and Eva Elizabeth Strohecker.^1,2 Hilda M. Hoffman died on 19 November 1984, Mount Carmel, Northumberland County, PA, at age 73.¹

MOUNT CARMEL - Mrs. Hilda M. Paul, 73, of 236 S. Oak St. died Monday in Ashland State General Hospital.
Born in Klingerstown, Jan. 20, 1911, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Nora Weist Hoffman. She was married to Alvin Paul, who preceded her in death in 1964.
She is survived by one daughter. Mrs. Joseph Molesky of Mount Carmel; four sons. Dean of Fountain Springs, Kenneth of Warrington, Terry of Warminster and Scott of Mount Carmel; two sisters, Mrs. Russell Ossman of Lavelle and Mrs. Florence Campbell of Tower City; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
The funeral will be conducted Friday in Ashland.

     Shirley Anna Paul was born on 26 May 1931, Klingerstown, Schuylkill County, PA.² She was the daughter of Alvin Alfred Paul and Hilda M. Hoffman.¹ Shirley Anna Paul married Joseph Thomas Molesky.¹ Shirley Anna Paul died on 14 October 1996, Mount Carmel, Northumberland County, PA, at age 65.²

Shirley A. Molesky, 55, of 505 East Ave., Mount Carmel, died Monday at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born in Klingerstown, she was a daughter of the late Alvin and Hilda Hoffman Paul. She was a graduate of Ashland High School.
She was a member of the Church of Our Lady, Mount Carmel, and its Altar and Rosary Society.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Scott Paul.
Surviving are her husband, Joseph T; a son, Joseph J., Mount Carmel; a daughter, Margaret Nolte, Baltimore, Md; three brothers, Dean Paul, Fountain Springs, Kenneth Paul, Ashland, and Terry Paul, Warminster; nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at Church of Our Lady by the Rev. Robert Strome. Interment will be in St. Ignatius Cemetery, Centralia. Joseph J. Stutz Inc. Funeral Home, Mount Carmel, is in charge of arrangements.
