     William Lincoln Bowman is also referred to as William M. Bowman in some sources.1 He was born on 29 March 1862, Jordan Township, Northumberland County, PA.1,2 He was the son of Henry Bowman and Lovina Clark.3 William Lincoln Bowman was baptized on 23 July 1862, St. David's Lutheran and Reformed Church, Hebe, Northumberland County, PA.4 He died on 30 March 1933, Jordan Township, Northumberland County, PA, at age 71.1 He was buried on 4 December 1933, at Zion (Klinger's) Church Cemetery, Erdman, Dauphin County, PA.1,2

KLINGERSTOWN RESIDENT PASSES
William Lincoln Bowman, age 71 years, 8 months Lincoln and 1 day, died at his home at Klingerstown last Thursday after an illness of several days with uremic poisoning. Except for a few years residence in Shamokin, he spent the greater part of his life in the Klingerstown community.
He was a son late Henry and Lovina (Clark) Bowman and was born in Jordan Township Northumberland County, March 29, 1862. He was married to Catharine Maurer in March 1884 by the late Rev. A. R. Hottenstein. His wife and one daughter preceded him in death.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Edna Erdman, two grandsons, Herlan Boyer and Ray Knohr, whom he reared as sons; also eight other grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, a brother, Frank Bowman of Shamokin; and two sisters, Mrs. Alice Wiest of Shamokin and Mrs. Daniel Wetzel of Sunbury.
Funeral services were held from the residence Monday morning, with further services in Klinger's church, Lykens Township. Rev. Hartzel officiated and interment, in charge of M. S. Reed, funeral director, was made in the adjoining cemetery.3

     Edna Regina Bowman was born on 21 March 1885, Shamokin, Northumberland County, PA.1 She was the daughter of William Lincoln Bowman and Catherine Elizabeth Maurer.1 Edna Regina Bowman married Isaiah Jonathan Klock on 3 October 1903, Saint Michael's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Klingerstown, Schuylkill County, PA.2,1 Edna Regina Bowman married Otis Oliver Erdman, son of Jacob Joseph Erdman and Christiana Klinger, in September 1918. Otis listed his wife Edna Erdman as his nearest relative when he registered for the draft in WWI in September, 1918.1,3 Edna Regina Bowman died on 19 December 1940, Upper Mahantongo Township, Schuylkill County, PA, at age 55.4,1 She was buried at Saint Michael's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Klingerstown, Schuylkill County, PA.1
