  Theodore Fenstermacher, 83, of 123 Willow St., Schuylkill Haven, died Saturday in Pottsville Hospital. He was admitted Dec. 3. He had been ill three months.
  Mr. Fenstermacher bom in Palo Alto. He was a son of the late Jeremiah and Sarah (Brown) Fenstermacher. Retired since 1935, he had been employed by Schuylkill Haven Borough. Mr. Fenstermacher was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, and Rainbow Hose Co., Schuylkill Haven.
  His wife, the former Josephine Dietrich, died May 1964.
  Surviving are six sons, George, Arthur and James, all of Schuylkill Haven; Theodore, Philadelphia; Warren, Frackville; John, Orwigsburg; a daughter, Helen, wife of Howard Gerber, Schuylkill Haven; 20 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Stella Schaeffer, Landingville; Mrs. Laura Yeager, Pottsville; a stepbrother, Leroy Schoffstall. Carlisle.
  Funeral Wednesday afternoon from Bast and Detwiler Funeral Home Schuylkill Haven. Rev. Alton Hoffman will officiate. Interment in Schuylkill Memorial Park.

  He was a stitcher for 35 years at Walkin Shoe Co., Schuylkill Haven, retiring in 1975.
