    Lester N. Reibsane
    Lester Norman Reibsane, 76, of Tower City, a borough councilman and community leader, died Thursday night shortly after admission to Hershey Medical Center from injuries sustained in an auto accident near Tower City earlier that day.
    Born in Muir, Jan. 7, 1920, he was a son of the late Warren and Maggie Miller Reibsane. He was a 1938 graduate of Porter Township High School.
    He was an Army veteran of World War II.
    He was a retired carpenter and former volunteer policeman for Tower City. He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Harry Heartter American Legion Post 468, both of Tower City, and life member of Gratz Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2385.
    Surviving are his wife, the former June Brown, to whom he was married 53 years June 26; three sons, John, Laureldale, David, Tower City, and James, Robesonia; three daughters, Diane Klinger, Wiconisco, Janice O'Neil, Omaha, Neb., and Brenda Bohr, Harrisburg; two brothers, Albert, Tower City, and Chester, Lebanon; three sisters, Mable Gicker, Tower City, Marion Stroup, Muir, and Helen Lebo, Tower City; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
    Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday from Trinity UCC with the Revs. Edward Gobrecht, Harry L. Kaufold and Daniel Cammarn officiating. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Orwin. Corl Funeral Homes Inc., Tower City, is in charge of arrangements.

    TOWER CITY - June E. Reibsane, 80, of 330 S. 5th Street, died Wednesday morning at her home.
    She was born in Orwin on June 26, 1925, a daughter of the late Charles D. and Lula J. Warfel Brown.
    She was a 1943 graduate of Porter Township High School.
    She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, where she was a former adult Sunday School teacher, assistant organist, secretary and member of the church's consistory and women's guild.
    For 35 years, she was employed by the West Schuylkill Herald and the Call Newspapers, now South Schuylkill Printing and Publishing, where she was news editor when she retired.
    She was predeceased by her husband, Lester N. on June 27, 1996; a brother, Charles W. Brown; and two sisters, Alma Mease and Ruth Moyer.
    Surviving are three sons, John of Temple, David of Clarks Valley and James of Robesonia; three daughters, Diane Klinger of Wiconisco, Janice O'Neil of Omaha, NE; and Brenda Killinger of Tower City; a sister, Carol Lebo of Orwin; 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
    A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, May 13th at 12 noon from her church with Rev. Edward Gobrecht. Burial will be in the St. Peter's Cemetery, Orwin. Viewing will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the church.
    Memorial donations may be made to Trinity U.C.C., 446 E. Grand Avenue, Tower City, PA 17980.
