    Trudy Ann Barry Bullard, 74, of Kernersville, NC, passed away of natural causes in her sleep, the eternal rest she deserved, on Monday, April 17, 2023, at her home.
    She was born and raised in Donaldson, PA to Arthur and Irene Barry as the eldest of eight children.
    Truly dedicated her entire life to finding employment for those in need, and never missed an opportunity to volunteer in her spare time, especially promoting horticulture projects as a lifelong master gardener.
    She is survived by her loving husband, Don, and only son, Tim, as well as numerous friends and family. Her generosity and outreach to others will be greatly missed, eternally.
    A graveside service will be held Saturday August 5, 2023 at 11:00 AM from the Donaldson Community Cemetery.
    Memorial contributions may be made to the Crisis Control Ministry, Inc., 431 W Bodenhamer St., Kernersville, 27284.2

    Rema W. Lyter, 92, of North River Road, Halifx, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2016, at the Harrisburg Hospital.
    She was born in Dalmatia, a daughter of the late John and Nora Lenker.
    Rema was a member of St. Peter's (Fetterhoff's) Lutheran Church and the Fisher ville Grange.
    Rema loved cooking and quilting for family and was known for her fabulous pies and quilts.
    Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Cois and Carol Schadel, of Herndon and Roger and Kathi Schadel, of Halifax; one daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Jeff Paul, of Middletown; one stepson, Richard Lyter and one stepdaughter, Charlotte Deibler, both of Halifax; one sister, Resta Deppen, of Mechanicsburg; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
    She was the widow of Harvey Schadel and Frank Lyter, Jr. and was also preceded in death by one daughter, Rita Krakowski.
    Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's (Fetterhoff's) Lutheran Church, 1491 Armstrong Valley Road, Halifax.
