    AARON R. ARTZ
    Aaron R. Artz, age 80 years, died at his home in Hegins Township last Thursday.
    Mr. Artz was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jonas Artz and was a lifelong resident of Hegins Township.
    Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mary Bower Artz; one son, Guy Artz, two daughters, Blanche and Mrs. Elsie Klinger, all of Hegins; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one brother, Charles Artz, of Pottsville.
    Services were held in Frieden's Lutheran Church, Hegins, Sunday afternoon, with Rev. W. Z. Artz, pastor of the Lykens Valley Lutheran Parish, officiating. Interment was made in the cemetery adjoining the church.2

    Mrs. Mary Artz Of Hegins Dies At Age Of 81 Years
    Mrs. Mary C. Artz, 81, of Hegins, widow of Aaron R. Artz, died Tuesday in a Pottsville hospital. She was a native of Halifax, a daughter of the late Joseph and Rachel Bower.
    Surviving are two daughters, Miss Blanch Artz and Mrs. Elsie Klinger, both at home; a son, Guy, a teacher in Hegins township high school; two brothers, Joseph of Ranier, Ore. and William, of Millersburg; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p. m. in the Bufflngton Funerai home with burial in Union cemetery at Hegins.
