     Tyler Joseph Yerges was born on 13 May 1988, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA.1 He was the son of Charles Edward Yerges Jr. and Kathleen Davis.1 Tyler Joseph Yerges died on 4 September 2016, at age 28.1

Tyler Joseph Yerges, 28, of Joliett, cherished son of Charles Jr. and Kathleen (Davis) Yerges, transitioned to Heaven on Sunday, September 4, 2016 from home surrounded by his loving family.
Tyler was born on Friday, May 13, 1988, in Harrisburg. He attended Williams Valley School District and enjoyed playing his guitar with his good friends, Ryon and Brandon. He also loved to hunt, fish, and ride his dirt bike. He most enjoyed having his pap read him stories.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his paternal mam and pap, Charles and Shirley Yerges of Joliett; his maternal grandma, Barbara Davis of Lykens; his sister Brandi (Shane) Gross of Pine Grove; his four nieces; Allison, Arianna, Autumn and Adalynn; his nephew, Alexander; his Aunt Debbie and Uncle Ken Bush of Lykens along with numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Tyler was preceded in death by his beloved brother Charles (Chuckie) Yerges III and his maternal grandpa Gary Davis.
A sincere thank you from Tyler's family is extended to the nurses from Bayada who loved and cared for him over the past 12 years. Also, the family would like to thank the staff from Lehigh Valley Hospice and Hospice of Central Pennsylvania for the kindness and support that they gave them over the last few weeks of Tyler's life.
Services for Tyler will be held on Friday, September 9th at 11:00 am from the chapel of Dimon Funeral Home with Pastor Donald Boyd. Viewing will be held from 10 - 11 at the chapel. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tyler's memory may be made to Hospice of Central PA, 1320 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110 or Lehigh Valley Hospice 2166 S. 12th Street, Allentown, PA 18103.
