David R. Shade was born on 29 December 1952, Sacramento, Schuylkill County, PA.3 He was the son of Marlin Edward Shade and Eva Florence Klinger.2 David R. Shade died on 13 February 2012, Springcreek Rehab and Health Care, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA, at age 59.3

He was born Dec. 29, 1952 in Sacramento, a son of the late Marlin and Eva Klinger Shade.
He worked as a butcher at Bixler's Meats, Sacramento.
He was a member of Spruce Spring Hunting Camp, Mifflin County; Erdman Sportsmen's Association, Erdman; Valley Lodge 797, Valley View; Valley View Gun Club, Valley View; Veteran's of the American Legion, Valley View; and the Gratz Fire Company, Gratz.
He is survived by a daughter, Amanda Shade of Elizabethville; a son, Tony Baker of Virginia Beach, Va; four grandchildren; a stepdaughter, Carmen Alexande of Charleroi; two stepsons, Damon Lentz, of Dalmatia and Brian Lentz, of Bethel; a sister, Alice Graby of Annville; seven step grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren
Memorial services were held Feb. 17 at Zion Klinger's Lutheran Church, Erdman.
Contributions may be made to Hospice of Central PA, 1320 Lingelstown Road, Harrisburg 17110.

Alice Feye Graby, 76, of Annville passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. She was the loving wife of Earl M. Graby, Jr. Born in Sacramento, PA on November 28, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Marlin E. and Eva F. (Klinger) Shade. Alice was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Annville. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Lisa F. Bruck, wife of Keith E. of Gettysburg, Marie E. Garcia, wife of Benny Sr. of Lebanon, and five grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother, David R. Shade, and her grandson, Benny Garcia, Jr. Alice worked for the Department of Pathology at the Hershey Medical Center for 30 years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Glen Chapter 425, Daughters of the American Revolution, and Zion Lutheran Church Quilters. She greatly enjoyed reading, genealogy and quilting. A public visitation will be held from 12:00PM-1:00PM on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 618 E. Main St. Annville, PA 17003. Funeral Services will begin at 1:00PM at the Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held immediately following the service at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Annville Free Library, 216 E. Main St. Annville, PA 17003, in her memory.
