     Diana Helen Kline was born on 13 June 1943.¹ She was the daughter of Clayton Franklin Kline and Helen Vesta Erdman.¹ Diana Helen Kline died on 8 June 1946, at age 2.¹ She was buried at Saint Andrews United Methodist Church Cemetery, Valley View, Schuylkill County, PA.¹

     Adeline V. Anderson was born on 17 October 1919, McPherson County, KS.¹ She was the daughter of John Victor Anderson and May Emma Ahlstedt.¹ Adeline V. Anderson married Barto Starr Erdman, son of John Jasper Erdman and Elura Grace Starr, in 1944.¹ Adeline V. Anderson and Barto Starr Erdman were divorced.² Adeline V. Anderson died on 19 January 2014, Sandstone Heights Nursing Home, Little River, Rice County, KS, at age 94.¹

Adeline V. Long, 94, of Windom, Kansas passed away January 19, 2014, at Sandstone Heights Nursing Home in Little River, Kansas. Adeline was born on a farm north of Galva to May (Ahlstedt) and John Anderson on October 17, 1919, the fourth of the eight children born to the family. In 1944, she married Barto S. Erdman. On February 19, 1955, she married Winifred V. (Winnie) Long. He died December 18, 1998. Adeline was a retired certified nurse aid and worked in McPherson and Little River. She was a life member of the V.F.W Auxiliary McPherson Post 2715.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, Barto Jay Erdman, three sisters, Rose, Pearl, and Dorothy, and two brothers, Keith and Bud (Maynard). Survivors include one daughter, Linda Kay Colle and husband, Britt, of McPherson, KS and one granddaughter, Kelly Kay Colle of Lawrence, KS; two brothers, Bobby D. Anderson and wife, Mary Lou, of Lindsborg, KS and J. Willis Anderson and wife, Kathy, of Canton, KS.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 AM, Saturday, January 25, 2014, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. Visitation with the family present will be from 9:30 AM, Saturday, until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery, Lindsborg, KS following the service.
The family suggests memorial donations to Pals Animal Rescue.¹
