Robert Andrew Hauck was born on 23 February 1879, Hegins Township, Schuylkill County, PA.1,3 He was the son of Nathan B. Hauck and Mary Stutzman.2 Some sources record that Robert Andrew Hauck was born on 23 February 1880, Hegins Township, Schuylkill County, PA.2 He married Katie P. Coleman in 1898, PA.4,1 Robert Andrew Hauck died on 17 February 1959, A.C. Milliken Hospital, Pottsville, Schuylkill County, PA, at age 79.2,1 He was buried on 21 February 1959, at Christ Evangelical Union Church Cemetery, Fountain, Schuylkill County, PA.2,1,4

Robert A. Hauck, 78, of Fountain, Hegins RD2, died on Tuesday evening of last week in Good Samaritan Hospital, Pottsvllle, where he had been admitted on Sunday morning.
Mr. Hauck, born in Hegins Township on Feb. 23, 1880, was a son of the late Nathan and Polly Stutzman Hauck.
A farmer, he was a member of United Church of Christ at Fountain.
Surviving are these children: Mrs. Dave Thompson of Duncannon; Arthur and Mrs. Charles Conrad, both of Valley View; Mrs. J. J. Rissinger Jr., of Sacramento; Lloyd of Lykens; Lyle of Muir; Mrs. Elmer Maurer of Hegins RD1; Lee of Hegins; Harley of Tower City and Vernon of Hegins RD2; 24 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
Funeral was held Saturday from United Church of Christ at Fountain. Interment was made in Christ Union Cemetery at Fountain. The Rev. Russell Heintzelman officiated.
